Many thanks to the individuals who went before me. Those individuals who took a stand in civil resistance to federal income tax laws, were labeled 'tax protestors,' encountered judicial corruption, malicious prosecution, and were perhaps sent to prison have my respect and appreciation. I have not been silenced by judicial wrong-doing or prison. I  continue on with a malpractice suit against a powerful law firm and my appeal is in the Sixth Circuit.

Many have researched tax law, and/or helped shed light on the truth about taxes. The countless, unidentifiable persons who have unknowingly contributed to my  learning and subsequent information on my site have my deepest gratitude.
WE never even pray that certain things will not happen to us because it never
crosses our minds they could. This is one of those events. But for the actual
evidence you might think that I have made the entire thing up. On a spiritual level,
I brought this circumstance to myself - on the earthly level it appears I have been
wronged. I chose to believe I am not a victim and do not necessarily know how others
should be held accountable for their transgressions against me. I cannot know the
lessons others are here to learn and am fortunate if I grasp the true meaning of my
own life lessons. However, the TRUTH of this account is timely. It will be interesting
to many people, and perhaps some shift toward enlightenment will emerge from it.
It is a mind-boggling account of what happened to me while challenging the legitimacy of the Internal Revenue Service. My evidence IS evidence of Americas' ailing, corrupt judicial system. The surprise was to find myself in a courtroom where anything was permitted in order to secure a conviction. My indoctrination to Americas' legal system was more like judicial hazing than participation in the jurisprudence of the Free World.

Alderson Federal Prison for Women was sort of a reality warp here on earth. I was introduced to a bestial blend of cave man and modern man, in both captor and captive. In my previous naivete, I had never conceptualized, thought about, or cared about the possibility of their potential for existence within others, or myself. It had a devastating, yet profound effect on me - both positive and negative, debilitating and enlivening. Ultimately, I fell short of the ineffable experience I have read about, whereby saints could see God in every person. Intentionally, I searched for the raw materials of man's spirituality, joy, goodness, and virtue in everyone I encountered, including myself. I reminded myself if I could not see God in others than it was pure folly to believe I could see God in myself. Early on, my sentiments about others emanated from my righteous conceptions about my civil resistance and were just sweetened condemnations.
Each morning was welcome relief and somewhat curative for me as each day posited itself as a condensed lifetime, further humbling me - helping me to digest my equality with everyone else at Alderson. We all arrive naked and walk upon the same ground to which we all return. I can say with certainty that the myriad of modifications that resulted not only within my life, but within my being, will continue to ripple though me for the rest of my life.


YOU MAY NEVER KNOW HOW CONSUMING IT CAN BE TO TAKE UP A CAUSE.  AT TIMES WE KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHY WE DO THINGS.
AT TIMES WE KNOW SOME OF THE REASONS WE DO THINGS.
OTHER TIMES, WE SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHY WE DO THINGS. MY LIFE HAS BEEN A LITTLE BIT OF ALL THE ABOVE.
